Hunger sets in, you don’t want to stop at the lodge and deter from the day so, what do you do? Carry snacks! Sustenance is important when it comes to the right snack. As a plant-based eater, I like to carry vegan options in my ski jacket pocket that contain a mix of healthy fats, natural sugars and carbohydrates.
