Aztech Mountain must be notified of all returns in advance. A return authorization form will be emailed to you and must be included with your return.

Return Policy
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of order shipment.
• Returns must shipped within 5 days of when the return or exchange is approved.
• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
• Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
• Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable on purchases shipped to you.
• Aztech Mountain will pay for return shipping on full-price orders only if the provided prepaid return shipping label is used.

• Sale items may be returned at customer expense for store credit or exchanged and will be subject to a restocking fee of $10 for the first items and $5 for each additional item.

All returns must be sent back to Aztech Mountain, LLC with a prepaid label within the timeline detailed above. Any COD returns will be refused and sent back to the customer. Please keep a tracking record to make sure we receive the return.
International Returns
• Aztech Mountain is happy to accept returns and exchanges on international orders that are initiated within 14 days from original date shipped.
• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• A tracking number must be provided on all return shipments within 5 days of the approval of the return or exchange.
Refunds & Processing Time
Your approved refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days of the receipt of the return. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Aztech Mountain, LLC. If we have sent you a prepaid return label, and you have not sent back your purchase, the prepaid label will be voided after 5 days and you will then be responsible for any fees associated with sending back the return. Returns will not be accepted if shipped after 30 days from the day the order was originally shipped.
