We stand behind our products 100% and will always work with our customers to ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner. Often the garment needs to be sent back to our factory for the repair to be completed. Simply fill out this form below and we will work with you to get your garment fixed.

For garments purchased within the prior 365 days, Aztech Mountain is happy to cover the cost of all repairs that are a result of manufacturer imperfections or failures. All repairs that are the result of normal wear and tear, user error or apply to products purchased more than 365 days ago are subject to a repair fee. Aztech Mountain will communicate this cost prior to completion of the repair.

All garments submitted for repair need to be professionally cleaned and all pockets emptied prior to being shipped to Aztech Mountain for repair. Garments deemed dirty by our factory will be subject to a $75 cleaning fee to be paid before return of the garment. The customer is responsible for the inbound cost of shipping the garment. Aztech Mountain will cover the cost of return shipment after the repair is completed.
