Kyle Negomir
Denver, CO & Lucerne, CH
A Colorado native, Kyle Negomir grew up in Denver splitting his seasons between ski racing, waterskiing, football, and lacrosse. It wasn’t until high school that he committed fully to skiing, and his path to the World Cup was anything but conventional. After taking a gap year, something clicked: Kyle qualified for the U.S. Ski Team and went on to claim the NorAm overall title the following season. Since then, he has steadily established himself among the top ranks of American alpine racing.
When the World Cup season ends, Kyle trades race courses for classrooms at Dartmouth College, where he studies biomedical engineering. Between school and training, he’s an avid traveler who has spent breaks backpacking around the world. Back home in Colorado, he’s rarely far from the mountains—biking, hiking, climbing, or finding just about any excuse to be outside.

Francesco Salamone
Delebio, Italy
Born and raised in Delebio, in Italy’s Valtellina, Francesco Salamone grew up ski racing before discovering freeride in his early twenties—and never really looking back. The steep, technical lines of the Mont Blanc Massif became his playground, and for years skiing was as much about exploration as it was about finding his own limits in the mountains.
Today, Francesco splits his time between the mountains and a career in finance. His approach to skiing has evolved, but the search remains the same. Together with friends and family—including his six-year-old daughter—he travels the world chasing deep snow, great lines, and what he calls “the perfect snowflake.”

Tricia Mangan
Derby, New York
A native of Derby, New York, Patricia Mangan grew up ski racing on the hills of Western New York before taking her skiing to the world stage. A two-time Olympian and longtime member of the U.S. Ski Team, Patricia built her career in alpine speed, competing internationally in downhill, super-G, and alpine combined and representing the United States at the 2018 and 2022 Olympic Winter Games.
While racing has taken Patricia to mountains around the world, her connection to skiing extends well beyond the start gate. Whether chasing speed on a race course or simply spending a day in the mountains, she brings the same sense of adventure and curiosity that first drew her to the sport—a lifelong skier most at home on snow.

Jonathan Charlet
Chamonix, France
I’m from Chamonix; my name is Jonathan Charlet. I’m 42 years old. I’ve been a snowboarder and high-mountain guide for 19 years now. I was lucky enough to compete on the Freeride World Tour for six years, a journey that culminated in two world championship titles—one in 2012 and another in 2015. I’m also passionate about crystals; I love setting off on adventures to hunt for treasures in the hidden corners of the Mont Blanc massif. I love this brand because the clothing is of exceptional quality—I’m a huge fan of the down jacket super nuke

Nina O'Brien
Denver, Colorado
I’m a professional alpine ski racer on the U.S. Ski Team, racing on the World Cup in giant slalom and slalom. My skiing roots are a bit of a patchwork across the U.S. I grew up in San Francisco and first fell in love with the mountains on weekends at Palisades Tahoe with my family. What started as a family activity quickly grew into a love of racing and eventually took me across the country to Burke Mountain Academy in Vermont, Dartmouth College in New Hampshire, and now Denver, Colorado, which I call home. Though it doesn’t feel like it, I’ve somehow spent more than a decade racing with the U.S. Ski Team. I’ve competed at two Olympics and four World Championships, and along the way I think I’ve come to love and appreciate ski racing even more as I’ve gotten older. I love the travel, life on the road with my team, the feeling of standing in the start gate, ripping a GS run, and, of course, a good powder day. Off the mountain, I love running, baking fall treats, playing tennis, and spending time with my family and friends.

Medhi Bidault
Chamonix, France
I was born and raised in the Chamonix Valley, in the small and authentic village of Vallorcine. Both of my parents worked in the mountains as mountain guides and climbing instructors.
Growing up between the sky and the snow, I always knew I wanted to become a mountain professional myself. During the first ten years of my adult life, I worked towards several qualifications: mountain guide, ski instructor and paragliding instructor, as well as carpenter and snow groomer operator.
Today, I enjoy experiencing the mountains through those different work activities and making the most of every season in this place that means so much to me.
When I was 21, I had the opportunity to travel to the Himalayas and ski down Cho Oyu, the sixth-highest mountain in the world. It was my first experience at extreme altitude and it completely changed my perspective on mountain adventures.
Since then, I’ve loved going back to the Himalayas and combining skiing and climbing with my passion for paragliding. Flying allows me to turn days of long approaches into just a few hours in the air, creating a unique way to access some of the most remote places.
With my childhood friends, including Douds Charlet, who is also an Aztech athlete, we created a reggae band called Les Refugiés de Lognan (available on spotify). We sing about our adventures, mountain life and the stories that come with it.

Wiley Maple
Aspen, Colorado
My name is Wiley Maple. I am an Olympic skier from Aspen, Colorado, among other things. For almost as long as I can remember, I have wanted to be a professional athlete. My earliest memories are infused with fantastical stories that my parents read aloud before bed. And by 4 years old, I was certain I wanted to be some kind of superhero… but I was disillusioned by their utter lack of existence that was until I witnessed my first Olympic Games.
These days I remain a skier at heart, equally at home on a downhill course or the top of a peak. Some amalgamation of Aspen forged me into a painter, a writer, a midnight philosopher, and all-around athlete. The trick these days is trying to discover how to build a sustainable life in the mountains.
